How Northern Frame Prints counts visits to this website. Northern Frame Prints runs on Nexbit YYC.
Visit counting
Northern Frame Prints counts visits anonymously to see how the store is used and improve it. Your browser keeps a random number for this store in its own storage (not a cookie), so a return visit isn't counted as a new visitor. That number never leaves your browser: the store only receives messages like “a new visit started” or “a product page was viewed”.
What is counted
- Visits and visitors, and how many pages were viewed.
- Which kinds of pages a visit started on and looked at (home, category, product, cart), and which products were viewed, clicked or added to the cart.
- The kind of device (phone, tablet or computer) and where the visit came from (search engine, social network, email, another website or a campaign link) in broad groups.
What is never collected
- No cookies.
- No IP address is stored, and nothing identifies you: no name, email, account or device fingerprint.
- No advertising or third-party trackers.
- No record of your individual visits or clicks: only totals.
Kept as daily totals. The numbers are added up per day for the whole store (for example “40 visits on 23 October”) and kept for as long as the store's records are kept. Single visits or events are never stored, so they can't be looked up or linked to you.
Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control are respected. If your browser sends either signal, your visits are not counted at all.
